Damage deposit:
A refundable security deposit/damage deposit of 1000 AED or an equal value of a foreign currency is to be paid in cash amount to the host prior to the check in is handed over upon check out with the unit in a good condition with no losses or damages.
Extra guest charge:
The apartment can accommodate 2 adults and 2 children (below 12 years). Any additional adult is charged 100AED per night
